TRANSACTION:

We have reserved your entrance ticket and will not be able to refund you if you're unable to attend the event or cancel your order for whatever reason. Any changes to your tickets will be subjected to a small admin fee.

The next web page will give you a confirmation number. If you do not get this number most likely Musiek Unlimited did not receive your payment details.
You will also be sent a copy of the confirmation via email. If you have spam-blocking software for your email please make sure to add Musiek Unlimited to your allowed list. If you do not, your email may get blocked or end up in junk mail by accident!

If you do not get a confirmation number on the next page and you do not get a confirmation email, please contact tickets@musiekunlimited.co.za to check before continuing.

Transactions placed through Musiek Unlimited are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Tickets are not refundable. The concert takes place irrespective of weather conditions. Coverage will be provided in case of rain.
The service fee is non-refundable.

The event owner and/or promoter of your event reserves the right to make changes to the event and it is their responsibility to keep you updated should there be any changes.
Reserved seats - if the host decides to change the seating plan you will be contacted and re-allocated seats within the same price range.

USE OF INFORMATION:

You acknowledge and agree that by using Musiek Unlimted's electronic ticket and event service, Musiek Unlimited and the event owner and/or promoter reserve the right to add your email address to their event-specific mailing list in order to provide future communication regarding other future events. The mailing list correspondence may include event regulations, safety, and security protocol, items to bring along to the event, traffic route recommendations, etc.

Tickets are not refundable or transferable and are not for resale in any form whatsoever. Tickets may not be used to upsell on any unofficial commercial hospitality and or travel packages. Failure to comply with these ticketing terms and conditions will lead to automatic cancellation of such tickets and such cancellation will be made without any refund whatsoever.

EVENT CANCELLATION OR CHANGE:

Your purchase of tickets is subject to the event owner's and/or promoter's right to cancel an event at any time or to reasonably alter or vary the event program or venue, due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control. You shall not be entitled to any refund or exchange if the event program or venue is reasonably altered or varied. If an opening act or guest artist is changed or cancelled, the event is not considered cancelled and you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.

If an event is cancelled, Musiek Unlimited shall in no way be liable for refunds but will assist in the refunding procedure as communicated by the event owner and/or promoter as soon as reasonably possible.

Musiek Unlimited will notify you of the refund when insurance has been paid out by the event owner and/or promoter.

Should the event be cancelled or postponed for any reason whatsoever, you acknowledge and agree that the event owner and/or promoter may retain the full purchase price provided a valid ticket is made available for an allocated new date on which date the event shall take place.

PHOTOGRAPHS/VIDEOS:

As an event-goer, you agree that any photographs/videos of yourself may be used for promotional purposes.

DUPLICATION OF TICKETS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND DUPLICATE TICKETS WILL MOST DEFINITELY NOT BE ALLOWED AT THE VENUE. ATTEMPTED DUPLICATION OR THE SALE OF TICKETS POSING TO BE THAT OF MUSIEK UNLIMITED SHALL BE DEALT WITH AS FRAUD AND REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES.
